A living platform

Love Atlas.

A trauma-informed platform for love, healing, and wellbeing — a map of the practices, people, and places that help us return to ourselves and each other.

Love Atlas is a living map of how people around the world use technology — digital, sonic, visual, written, and embodied — to tend love, healing, and well-being. A grandmother's voice note that holds a grandson through grief. A choir singing to a river at dawn. A circle of women weaving a rebozo through their mother's chemotherapy. These are not outliers; they are everywhere, in every culture, across every era. Love Atlas exists to make that quiet infrastructure of care visible — to gather it, place it on a map, and offer it as evidence that the world holds more tenderness than it lets on.

The platform is built on the Systems-Based Awareness Map (SBAM), a peer-reviewed framework developed by Dr. Sará King that describes how awareness moves between the inner life and the wider world — and how healing travels through that system. Every design choice, from the private journal to the public map to the research layer, was made in direct conversation with the neuroscience of narrative integration, co-regulation, and collective well-being. Love Atlas is the SBAM made navigable: a place where the theory of how human beings heal becomes something you can wander, contribute to, and feel.

Love Atlas is a community-participatory, global project — shaped by the communities it most hopes to serve, especially those whose ways of healing have been overlooked or underestimated by systems that only measure what scales. It holds stories from the past, present, and future. It holds the more-than-human world. And it holds the understanding, backed by decades of research, that to witness someone else's story of care is not merely moving — it is a biological event. The nervous system responds to genuine recognition. The field grows more true with every voice added to it.
