Engage.

“six doorways into the work — one to one coaching, through building, through agent design, public speaking, through the body of published work, and more. Each engagement is held with care and shaped to who you are and what you are carrying when you arrive. If you are not sure which doorway is right for you, the inquiry form at the bottom will find us a place to start.”

How I work

My work is relational, embodied, and trauma-informed. It is grounded in two decades of neuroscience, medical anthropology, and contemplative science — and in the conviction that loving-awareness in action is not only a personal practice but the ground from which everything I build and offer grows.

I work at the pace of the nervous system in the room — attending to the individual body and to the collective nervous system we are always already sharing. Tending to the collective nervous system is not a metaphor; it is the practice. Whether I am holding a coaching session, a workshop, a building process, or a consultation on agent design, I am tracking how the field between us is moving and what it needs.

I offer company for the longer arc of becoming more honest with yourself, your people, and the systems you are part of — and for the builders among you, more honest with the technology you are making. The question I am always holding is: what does loving-awareness in action require of us here?

Ways to work together

Six doorways into the work.

01

Work with me one‑to‑one.

Private, sustained work — one to one. SBAM-based executive coaching for leaders navigating transition, pressure, or the slow arc of becoming who they are next. For practitioners, executives, and builders doing the internal work as the foundation of their external one.

This doorway also holds initiations — a contemplative, embodied, ritual- and ceremony-centered process for those who wish to mark a threshold with intention. A personalized journey through the SBAM, the Science of Social Justice, and practices of activating ancestral intelligence, shaped one-to-one to the season you are in.

02

Hire me to build something meaningful.

Whether you are developing a platform, a curriculum, a contemplative practice infrastructure, or a community-based tool — I bring the Science of Social Justice into the architecture of what we make together. Built from the inside out.

03

Agent design.

Well-being-centered AI agent protocols and consulting. I work with companies and builders developing AI systems — bringing expertise in designing agents whose fundamental orientation is toward care, co-regulation, and human flourishing rather than constraint.

04

Bring me in.

Workshops, retreats, keynotes, and advisory engagements for organizations, institutions, and gatherings where the work of healing and the work of leadership are ready to meet.

05

Read, listen, learn.

Two decades of research, writing, and public work — in peer-reviewed journals, anthologies, magazine articles, and a book in progress. Enter through any door.

Liberatory Technology.

Building technology in service of collective liberation, healing, and well-being — including MindHeart AI and Love Atlas.

An open invitation

Co-create.

A different doorway — not for booking my time, but for proposing something we might build together. Researchers, artists, technologists, curriculum designers, contemplative practitioners, writers: if there is a piece of work that wants both of us in the room, I want to hear about it.

Be in touch

Write to me.

I read every inquiry personally and respond within one to two weeks. Tell me which doorway you are stepping through — or more than one — and a little about what is bringing you here. The form will ask a few more questions once you’ve made your selection.

Prefer to learn in a cohort?

Step into the courses.

If a cohort feels closer to what you’re looking for than private or organizational work, the first online courses are being built now — a slower, more relational arc through the framework material, alongside others moving through it with you.
